We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with strong technical skills and excellent communication skills to join our Implementation Team. As an Overcast Implementation Consultant/Manager, you will be at the forefront of implementing advanced sales and service processes directly on the Salesforce platform. Your role as an Overcast Implementation Consultant will require a deep dive into the technical aspects to ensure the seamless implementation of the Overcast platform and give your career an upward trajectory. As a member of the implementation team, you will work closely with our customer success, sales and product departments to ensure a seamless integration of Overcast products for our customers.
Responsibilities
As an Overcast consultant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Understand the customer’s requirements & business processes
- Support the customer with the requirements definition for an end-to-end solution across Salesforce and SAP
- Work with other Overcast consultants on the system architecture, detail the solution design and map SAP business processes to Salesforce business processes, check SAP API specifications and support the production cutover and post go live support
- Based on project experiences, build standard Overcast applications (Overcast Components) and make new features available through the Overcast Component Library
- Join weekly internal project team and additional ad-hoc meetings as required
- Work collaboratively with other consultants on project deliverables
- Maintain knowledge of Overcast & Salesforce (and SAP) products
- Work cooperatively with customers and other project members
Requirements
Skills and Competencies
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Native or native-level proficiency in English language and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
Work Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as software consultant or a solid education in software development
- Experience business software implementation
Advantage
- Proficiency in requirements definition and basic design
- German (Reading / Conversational is a plus)
- Experience in Java, C# or Apex software development
Engagement
- On-site in Horgen, Zürich (Switzerland) or remote with frequent visits to Horgen
- Customer on-site visits for testing, planning, or meetings as required
